Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to, ebooks, PDFs, downloadable guides, devotionals, and other digital content.
All digital products must be downloaded within 30 days of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to download and securely store their purchased files within this time frame.
After the 30-day access period has expired:

We are unable to resend, replace, or reissue digital files

No refunds or credits will be provided
If you experience technical issues accessing your download within the 30-day window, please contact us during that time and we will assist you in resolving the issue. Technical support does not constitute a refund.
